Making these only make the experience partially immersive and makes player sit in one place for long time thus even damaging their health. VR Gaming is not accessible to everyone thus the answer is this game. In this game you can get up and play a game in real-life and see it effect the game.
 

how to play:-

when you hit play in the main menu you see your webcam open. make sure you are visible in the camera.(note:- if correct camera is not selected you can switch between available cameras by clicking on the camera icon beside the camera feed)

Now you have go far back from your webcam in real life and make sure your face is visible till the shoulder. make sure your image of face is in the green box. if you are physically in a correct position in real life then the game will automatically start you have no need of keyboard to play this game. once game start you can jump in real life and see the in game character jump you move aside and the character moves aside. (make sure you are in view of your camera while moving aside). To pause the game you can either walk away or press escape key. you have to avoid obstacles and collect coins. you can collect coins and buy new characters from store.

Beware:- have an awareness of your surroundings and make sure you don't get hurt while jumping or moving aside quickly.

Now go enjoy gaming while still being healthy physically.
